Annual Report Advertising Opportunity


Local businesses, friends, BPW Clubs and BPW members can purchase advertising space in the BPWO Annual Report to:

  • increase their exposure in your community
  • market their goods or services
  • reach new business contacts across the province
  • Circulation: Inclusion in the Annual Report would mean your ad is circulated to all provincial members in 20 communities, to the National Board of Directors, and other venues, at the discretion of club members, such as libraries, community centers etc.

Advertising Costs


Note that all ads sizes are calculated with no bleeds. Deadline for submission is March 15, 2010.

Ad Cost - Member
Quarter Page (3.5” x 4.25”)-$85.00
Half Page (7” x 3.5” or 3.5” x 10.25")-$100.00
Full Page (7” x 10.25")-$150.00

Ad Cost - Non Member
Quarter Page (3.5” x 4.25”)-$95.00
Half Page (7” x 3.5” or 3.5” x 10.25")-$120.00
Full Page (7” x 10.25") -$175.00

Please remember also to send any photos (with description of event and the names of the members pictured) to the Annual Report Editor.

4 Easy Steps to Submit an Ad to the Annual Report


Please inform members and local businesses of the easy steps to have their ads inserted into the next Annual Report.

  1. Send an electronic version of the ad to the Annual Report Editor. The easiest way for us to receive your ads is for you to email the artwork of your ad, either in JPEG (high resolution), TIFF, or PDF (print quality resolution).
  2. Or, if not available electronically, send a hard copy by mail to the Treasurer. Your local club President or District Director may be able to assist you as well. (Note: Hard copy submissions will be scanned into the report (hopefully the text on your ad is clear and suitable for scanning so it doesn’t lose any quality in the process).
  3. The business, club (or individual submitting the ad) will be notified once their ad is deemed acceptable for publishing (legible and does not conflict with the BPW mandate).
  4. Send payment directly to the Treasurer, Payable to: BPW Ontario
