CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS - ARTICLE III
Fees
Section 1 Each club shall send to the Treasurer of the Organization an annual fee of $22 for each member on the Club's roster on May 1st, with the exceptions of Life Members of the CFBPWC where no fee is required and students, where half (1/2) fee is required. Thereafter, the Club shall remit monthly to the Organization in respect of Club members, the annual membership fee at the rate applicable as follows:
(a) The fee in full per club member during the period May 1st to April 30th inclusive;
(b) Half the fee per new member admitted to a club during the period January 1st to April 30th inclusive;
(c) Members whose renewal fees are received by November 1st for the current year shall be considered members of the Organization. Any others shall be shown as resignations on the November Membership Report.(amended 2004)
Section 2 Where a club is organized between January 1st and April 30th, its annual fee for that year is reduced to half the fee per new member, based on the membership fee when organized; thereafter the club shall be assessed in accordance with Section l of this article.
Section 3 The amounts stated in Section 1 and 2 above include all communications by whatever means deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors (magazine, newsletter or website). Any information posted on the website specifically "for members only" shall not be accessible to anyone whose membership fees
are not current in accordance with the records maintained by the Treasurer.(amended 2004)
Section 4 The fiscal year of the Organization shall end on April 30th.
