CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS - ARTICLE XVII
Rules of Procedure
Section 1
(a) Rules of Procedure may be made, repealed, or amended at any Annual Conference by a majority vote, the notice of motion having been received by the Chairman by January 15th.
(b) Amendments may be proposed only by the Board of Directors or by a club in good standing.
Section 2
Notwithstanding the provision of Section 1 hereof, amendments to these Rules of Procedure may be made at any Conference or Meeting of the Organization provided the vote is unanimous the proposed amendment having been submitted in writing and read to the meeting at a session preceding that at which the vote is taken.
Section 3
It is the responsibility of the Executive and/or the Board of Directors to advise the Honourary Secretary to make relevant amendments to the Rules of Procedure pertaining to the changing status of the Organization's membership and to send out the revision(s) in the monthly mailing.
