CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS - ARTICLE XVI
Audit
Section 1
At each Conference the delegates shall appoint an Auditor or Auditors to hold office until the next Conference.
Section 2
The Auditor or Auditees shall have the right of access at all reasonable times to the books, accounts and vouchers of the Organization. They shall be entitled to require from the Board of Directors and from any officer of the Organization, such information and explanation as may seem necessary to them for the performance of the duties as Auditor.
