CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS - ARTICLE XIV
Voting Body
Section 1
The voting body at Conference and Meetings of the Organization shall consist of duly accredited delegates and duly appointed proxies of Clubs in good standing.
Section 2
Each Club represented shall be allowed its full quota of votes whether or not it has its full representation of delegates.
Section 3
The voting body at Conference and Meetings of the Organization shall include the duly elected Executive Officers of the Board of Directors (as defined in ARTICLE V Section 1 of these Rules of Procedure).
