CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS - ARTICLE XI



Duties of Clubs



Section 1

It shall be the duty of each club in the Organization:

(a) To send to the Honourary Secretary, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers residence and/or business) of the club's president, secretary (corresponding) and treasurer on the election to office; and the day, time and place of the club's monthly meeting. Changes to be forwarded promptly.
(b) To send to the Provincial Treasurer a list of each member's name, address and member status, together with the fee due as provided for in ARTICLE III of these Rules of Procedure (CFBPWC Form 100 is used for this purpose). Changes in members' names and addresses, transfers, resignations and deaths are to be notified promptly.
(c) To pay the annual Travel Pool Assessment as provided for in ARTICLE IX, Section 3 (c) of these Rules of Procedure.

Section 2

(a) To promote attendance of its members at the Annual Provincial Conference and at the District Meetings by advising the members as soon as possible of the date, location, program, and registration process for these meetings.
(b) To appoint delegates, alternatives and/or proxy delegates, according to the provisions of ARTICLE XIII, Sections 4 and 5, and ARTICLE XIIIA.
